Below are our policies regarding returns. Please read these before contacting us as they may answer your questions.
The Book Curator complies with Australian Consumer laws regarding returns and refunds. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have selected the wrong product. You may like to read reviews online for any books you are purchasing before deciding if they are suitable for you or your family.
Credits or exchange on returned goods are only available under these conditions:
1. If the goods you received were not what you ordered (eg. we have made an error in fulfilment or the item is not as described), OR
2. If the goods you received were damaged on arrival (excluding sale items which may be discounted due to minor damage that does not affect their use)
If either of these conditions apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com with a description of the issue (photos would also be appreciated) and we will provide instructions on how to return your order.
No refunds or exchanges are possible, except where we are unable to supply the correct replacement item.
Please note that all returns must arrive to our warehouse in original condition. Any damage in shipping due to inappropriate packaging (when being sent back to us) will unfortunately result in the rejection of your return.
